1.      What fitting are your shoes?

All our footwear is built on a C fitting.

 

2.      When will I receive my order?

All our web orders are dispatched Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12pm. Once dispatched orders generally take 1 – 3 business days unless you’re located in WA or rural areas, these generally take 3 – 5 business days.

 

3.      How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping email with your tracking number and a link to the Australia Post tracking website. If you do not receive this, please check your junk email.

 

4.      Do I have to pay for postage?

All orders over $100 qualify for free shipping, orders under incur a $10 postage fee.

 

5.      Do you offer international shipping?

Shipping is currently available to postal address within Australia.

 

6.      What if my shoes don’t fit me?

If you are not 100% satisfied with the fit, you are welcome to send the shoes back to us within 30 day for an exchange of size or refund. (The shoes must be returned in saleable condition)

 

7.      How do I return an item?

Please fill in our returns form and we will be in contact with you with the return details. Alternatively, you can call us on 1300 437 463 to arrange the return

 

8.      Where can I find a stockist?

9.      Do I need to set up an account to place an order online?

You do not. However, there are many benefits if you do. Such as checking out faster, the option to receive future promotional offers and a once off discount code when you sign up.
