INSTORE RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Scholl Orthaheel shoes within 30 days, take the product back to the place of purchase with a copy of your original purchase receipt and they will arrange for a full refund.  

Or if you have purchased your shoes online please contact customer service on 1300 437 463 to arrange a return.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the goods within 30 days. Contact customer service on 1300 437 463 for a return authorisation number so we can track your return. On receipt of goods we will give you a full refund on the cost of goods. All shoes must be returned in original condition, unworn and unmarked; in original packaging

Exchange

If you wish to exchange, the goods must be returned within 30 days. Contact customer service on 1300 437 463 for a return authorisation number so we can track your return. On receipt of goods we will arrange a replacement pair to be sent to you freight free. All shoes must be returned in original condition, unworn and unmarked; in original packaging

FAULTY, DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERED PRODUCTS

If the product delivered is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied or if the products are not delivered, please contact customer service on 1300 437 463.

All faulty products are subject to our inspection of workmanship and / or material faults. You will be notified on the outcome of these inspections. For the avoidance of doubt, a product will not be accepted as faulty where in our reasonable opinion it has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with instructions, using it in an unusual way or failure to take reasonable care. In this event, we will contact you to determine whether you want us to dispose of the product or return the product to you at your expense.

We will refund any accepted faulty, damaged, incorrect or undelivered products.

REFUNDS

If you are eligible for a refund, refunds will only be processed against the credit card supplied at purchase.
