Australia and the laws of Victoria, Australia govern this agreement.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. You acknowledge
that colours of the actual products may vary slightly from those seen on the

PAYMENT
Scholl accepts payment via PayPal, Visa or MasterCard.
Your card will be charged as soon as we process your order. We will email you once the order has been processed.
You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of
purchasing the product will be correct, that the payment method which you use
is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover
the cost of the order. We reserve the right to validate your payment details
before providing you with the product.

DELIVERY
Shipping is currently available to postal addresses within Australia
only. (No deliveries to PO Box)
The estimated delivery date for your orders is dependent on your
delivery location. We estimate delivery to you within:

Regional addresses: please allow an additional 1 – 2 days
· Orders are not dispatched on Saturday’s, Sunday’s or on Victorian public holidays.

Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on all orders within Australia over $100AUD.
A flat rate of $9AUD (GST inclusive) postage will be charged for any
order less than $100AUD.
RETURNS
CHANGE OF MIND
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the
goods within 30 days. Contact our customer service team on 1300 437 463 for a return
authorisation number so we can track your return. On receipt of goods we will
give you a full refund on the cost of goods. All shoes must be returned in
original condition, unworn and unmarked; in original packaging

FAULTY, DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR
UNDELIVERED PRODUCTS
If the product delivered is faulty,
damaged or incorrectly supplied or if the products are not delivered, please contact our customer service team on 1300 437 463.
All faulty products are subject to our inspection of workmanship and /
or material faults. You will be notified on the outcome of these inspections.
For the avoidance of doubt, a product will not be accepted as faulty where in
our reasonable opinion it has, following the sale to you, become of
unacceptable quality due to wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance
with instructions, using it in an unusual way or failure to take reasonable
care. In this event, we will contact you to determine whether you want us to
dispose of the product or return the product to you at your expense.
We reserve the right to either refund or replace any accepted faulty, damaged, incorrect or undelivered
products.
REFUNDS
If you are eligible for a refund, refunds will only be processed against
the credit card supplied at purchase.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAW
Our products come with guarantees, statutory conditions and warranties
that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer
Law (ACL). Where these terms and conditions are inconsistent with any rights

Scholl Footwear reserves the right to modify and change the terms and conditions
