The estimated delivery date for your orders is dependent on your delivery location. We estimate delivery to you within:
· Metro addresses: 3-7 business days.
· Regional addresses: please allow an additional 1 – 2 days

Free shipping is available on all orders within Australia over $100AUD.
A flat rate of $9AUD (GST inclusive) postage will be charged for any order less than $100AUD.

FAULTY, DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERED PRODUCTS
If the product delivered is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied or if the products are not delivered, please contact our customer service team on 1300 437 463.
All faulty products are subject to our inspection of workmanship and / or material faults. You will be notified on the outcome of these inspections. For the avoidance of doubt, a product will not be accepted as faulty where in our reasonable opinion it has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with instructions, using it in an unusual way or failure to take reasonable care. In this event, we will contact you to determine whether you want us to dispose of the product or return the product to you at your expense.
We reserve the right to either refund or replace any accepted faulty, damaged, incorrect or undelivered products.
